Hi Simon, I would like thank you and share my recent experiences of the cruise you organised. Firstly, we had a wonderful time cruising up to the fjords on the Crown Princess. The ship was absolutely fantastic. The customer service was amongst the best we have ever experienced, the food was out of this world and the variety of things to do kept myself and my family thoroughly entertained.
It was an excellent choice by yourself that this would be a worthwhile first time cruise. Most of all though I wanted to thank you for taking the time to research and investigate which would be the best cruise for my family to take. You used your vast cruising experience to identify our needs and you put our minds to rest with superb customer service. You walked us through every step of the booking process and always made yourself available regarding the many questions we had whether it was about the cruise, embarkation and disembarkation or what to do in Norway. The service you offered was just amazing and we would not only consider you first for future cruise bookings but also would highly recommend you to friends and family in the future. Reflecting on what was an entirely new experience for me, I realised that I might have had less enjoyment from the cruise had I not had the advantage of some expert advice from travel agent Simon Chapman. I wanted to visit the Baltic, but it was Simon who picked Celebrity Silhouette as the right vessel for the inclement weather you can experience even in June.It was Simon who recommended Aqua class – well worth the extra, not least for the marvellous dining experience in the Blue restaurant, with an attentive head water who quickly learned my preferences, and somehow always managed to get my husband and I a table by the large picture windows just a few feet from the sea.
And it was Simon who provided knowledgeable advice on shore excursions in places I had never visited before – like St Petersburg, Tallinn and Riga. Five star service Simon.
We would like to say a massive thank you for the super cruise you organised for us. It was great to have a personal service from our travel organiser who made sure everything we needed was planned to perfection. The holiday was wonderful and all connections were smooth and faultless, thanks to your superb attention to detail.

Having always been sceptical about dealing with travel agents, it took some persuading to use All Things Holiday and Travel. My fears were totally unjustified – Simon asked what we wanted and was able to organise the whole thing. At every stage, we were given realistic options, with all the relevant information. Once the details were decided, he gave us a time frame and throughout the process, by Email, or phone when necessary, kept me informed and explained what I had to do.
We had a wonderful holiday with everything, from the parking, flights, transfers, hotel and the tours we’d booked, going like clockwork. I can honestly recommend All Things Holiday and Travel. The care and attention given to us made everything stress free – and all at a very competitive price. When I’m asked “would you recommend to friends and family” I’ll say 10 (where 1 equals least likely and 10 equals most likely)
We would like to thank Simon for arranging our lovely holiday to Guernsey which was stress free and worked like clockwork. Our flight was on time and the transfers ran very smoothly on time.vOur hotel was excellent and the staff were fantastic especially in the dining room.
